What's New...

Construction in PHASE 1 is moving rapidly as the following
photos from early March, 2007 illustrate.  Phase 2 is in the
initial stages of development.

Despite this being the off season, Pirate’s Cove condos have
been selling quickly and interest in the development has been
phenomenal.  View photos of our newly completed model.

All 36 units in Phase 1 are under roof and in various stages of completion.  Shown here are units of Buildings 2 and 3 along the Main Channel.

Exterior Finished

Upon entering Pirate’s Cove the Shelter House and Pool #1 are immediately in front of you.  The lighthouse feature on the Shelter House is destined to become an Indian Lake landmark.

As a fun novelty, this replica of a pirate's ship is being built next to Pool #1 and the Shelter House.

Here's another view of the pirate's ship illustrating its unique features and upper deck.

It won't be long before Pool #1 next to the Shelter House is alive with the sounds of summer.

The covered deck of the Shelter House is destined to become the scene of lively parties and family gatherings.

The units of Building 6 look almost ready for occupancy.  With just a little imagination, you can envision docked boats along the seawall.

The owners of this Pirate’s Cove condominium recently toured their home which is now under roof and framed.
